Hi, I’m Kasia Michaels

and I help people transition smoothly

to their next level, role

or position in life.

My mission is to help You see

the amazing person

you truly are -- and to help you make an impact in the world.

I can relate to issues you may face…

Today, I have a great life.

I love what I do and I do it

with love and joy.

I have a funny, supportive husband and two smart and feisty daughters.

Every day I’m grateful for my life and for what I do.

I work with engaging people from diverse cultures and I’m inspired

by their courage, creativity

and wisdom.

I went back to work full-time.

In the same week, I opened the first European chapter of an international giving-circle called Dining for Women. (Yes, if you want something done, give it to a busy person). Eventually,

I moved to part-time work to spend more time with my daughters. A few years later I became certified as a coach and started doing what I truly love. A move to a new country followed --

a new challenge but made so much easier with the experience and knowledge I have now.

I’m proud of my journey.

I grew up under communism in what’s sometimes called “Polish Siberia” because it's so cold and remote. I was educated in Poland and the US. I’ve lived in major European cities. I’ve worked in four different countries – Poland, the US, Belgium, and Germany. I was a stay-at-home mom in Paris and Brussels.

These days I work at the European Commission, where I divide my time between working in HR and being an internal coach. I l love  supporting other international people on their path to self-discovery and empowerment.

I coach in English, Polish and French. In quiet moments, I hang out with family and friends, go to the gym, and study Spanish.  I co-run a circle of DFW in Belgium (yes, I’m back to Brussels now). I read lots of books and never stop learning.

But it wasn’t always like this.

About 10 years ago, I was a frustrated stay-at-home mom who wanted something different

but wasn’t sure what.

And then I got a coach. It was the best money I've spent on myself. The coaching helped me figure out what my mission in life is and what my values are. My coach helped me see what

I didn’t want to do and what professional path suited me. With this new awareness and self-confidence, I decided to try out different things.

The future belongs to those who believe

in the beauty of their dreams.
