It seems there are two categories of people: those who love running and those who don’t. I’m in the latter. Running for me takes soooo much discipline. HOW I FINALLY LEARNED TO SIT STILL FOR 10 MINUTES
When I talk to people about mindfulness meditation, they often say: “I've tried but can't stick to it." Or, "It’s hard to find time, and when I sit down I get distracted.” Or, “I used to meditate but stopped and never managed to restart.” What helped me was to follow a few strategies from "Better Than Before", a book about habits by Gretchen Rubin.
